On this day they were also to have work ADM on the north side of the tracks, but due to the blue flag being left up on ADM’s siding and no one around to remove it unfortunately ADM would be passed up and have to be switched out on the next trip. What time do they generally start this run? i really need to get out there and catch it, i’ve been too late to see a few lines already and don’t want to potentially make that same mistake

Aaron, they typically run on Saturdays. Ordered for Chatham around 08:00 or 08:30ish. Usually they work in Chahtham for a bit before heading down the Sarnia Spur to Blenheim. Sometimes, they’re ahead of the Vias, sometimes behind. The typical pattern is Chatham to Blenheim to Chatham to Thamesville and back to Chatham. However, that is not always the case. Sometimes, they go to Thamesville first and Blenheim after, sometimes just Thamesville. It’s also a bit of a dice roll in sometimes it does not run at all. Even this past weekend the power was there but they did not head down until Monday – presumably because they did not have a crew. Other times (and this has been more recent), they make the trip down to Blenheim twice in one week. The point being, it’s a long way to go and you’re never quite sure what you’re going to get – so be prepared for that and the possibility of being disappointed. Luke can likely correct anything in here if I am off base.
