Once upon a time back in the early 1900s this was a very busy station. It was at the junction of the Intercolonial and Salisbury & Harvey RR, just west of Moncton. Time passed, the railroads lost a lot of their significance and the Intercolonial was taken over by CN in 1918. The structure was reduced to MoW occupation by the time I grabbed this shot in 1977. Next time I returned in 1981, the old wooden station was gone.

  1. As far as I know CN still operates this line down to St. John. And thats it.

  2. Is this part of the trackage shown as operated by the New Brunswick Southern?
Or, is it out of service?
