Another photo from Ray Hoadley in my collection of TH&B X-766 at or near Adams Yard, the industrial east end of Hamilton. The 250 ton Industrial Brown Hoist was used to clean up a derailment in the area. The TH&B crews sure gave this machine some TLC and a great paint scheme.

  1. Part of the reason for its good looks was that it was kept inside its own shed.

  2. Fabulous shot! Looks like it just came out of the shop after a rebuild/repaint. The crane is 30 years old when this photo was taken.
