As the winter sets in, the new Express Building and Carload Centre is nearing completion on the site of the now demolished roundhouse at Stuart Street Yard. This facility will replace CN's Express Sheds on Ferguson Avenue and also house other employees involved in yard operations. Note the "shed tracks" on either side of the building and the team tracks on the left (occupied by work equipment). The gondolas of steel are for Stelco's Ontario Works (not in the picture).
