Hard to believe how much this area has changed in the last 15 years. Seen here is CN 7080 making the first move of cars to drop off the first tank car. Seen in the link is the streetview time lapse over the last decade, it makes me wonder how much longer this industry will be around, and what the future will look like in another 10 years.

  1. Cool catch. Highway 6 at the top of the Escarpment is a nice touch.

I was wondering why it was so quiet in Hamilton tonight. 5849 would’ve been west end of the 1600 if not for a last minute change of plans due to 551 on the North preventing them from using Parkdale to go down the hole – I expected to see the crowds out.

  2. Haha, maybe that’s not Highway 6 now that I look at Google Maps – either way, it’s a nice touch!

  3. Great shot of a seldom seen movement.

  4. That should be Guelph line boyos.
