The sun is doing its best to burn off the thick layer of morning fog as CP local T14 pulls out from behind a cut of cars and heads for another track. One of the crew walks along side to throw the next switch. Within the next hour all the fog would be gone along with T14 as he headed back to Toronto. CP 4407 has to be one of the dirtiest GP38's on the roster, but that just goes to proves what kind of a workhorse the GP38 model is. It's nice to see a number of the former SOO Line GP38'S north of the border.

  1. Definitely the most interesting CP geep nowadays in my opinion. Hope to catch it in Hamilton one day.

  2. That’s a big plow.

  3. I think it’s a fairly typical SOO plow. Lots of snow in the prairies :)

  4. Don’t hold your breath for Hamilton Kevin unless they switch over to beltpack crews. Unfortunately, I have heard the rumours of beltpack floating around before for Kinnear jobs. Here’s hoping they don’t.
