Nice treat on #422 this morning. I was surprised. Saw a light up for what I thought was #421, so went to wait for it but the light was taken down while I was in Vineland in favour of #422. Mad dash after shooting at Vineland to beat the train by a hair to Grimsby, where I barely managed this effort. CN 3001, 3027, QNSL 448,447, 444, 441 and 445. I'm wondering if this is the end of the order? Someone out there will know.

  1. Great catch! Any idea the history of those units? I thought I heard ex BNSF.

  2. Apparently this is the end of the order. (430-448). They are all x-BNSF 4700 & 4800 series, rebuilt at Wabtec, Erie.
