The fuel tanks are headed back to Edmonton for a re-fill. These 2 units are having to put their backs into getting 30 cars home (20 grain loads, 10 MT tanks), the engineer had them running at a good clip along here. They will have one more river to cross and climb up from while passing through Gibbons. Photo taken just east of Coronado.

  1. Sweet!

  2. Thanks buddy. :-)

  3. Simply awesome…

  4. Having a pair of these making a run was uncommon. I’ve never compiled any statistics, but, pretty safe to say that over 80% of the time (on the Coronado Sub.), they came in triples. Also, most of the pairs were like this, a NAR-CN combo. Thanks Michael. :-)

  5. Oh yes. Excellent image of some now really rare birds.
