I was originally in Fort Erie to see the Every Child Matters unit leading 236, but stuck around to see the NS Transfer too. Here it is in the dying daylight, and to my surprise, with a matching NS eco set. I've seen them come over before but this is the only time I've shot the pair. One of them I believe is a slug.

  2. There are a few of these sets, they are funded by state governments and assigned to the state they are placed in for emission reduction targets.
