Great photo Mr. Berry! Very dramatic!
Love it!
Very nice.
Sure was a wall of rain. Makes for a really impressive image ! Doesn’t have to be all Sunshine, lollipops and rainbows out there.
Sometimes waiting the extra few minutes does indeed pay off, especially in this shot!
I once was chasing the OBRY and at Forks of the Credit/Cataract area I walked in to the pedestrian bridge only to have the heavens open up… and I had my 50mm lens which provides “some” protection from the rain.. even still, you could not see the train through all the rain it was so hard..
In the 3 hours I chased, I had sun, storm, crazy rain and clouds, but like a bad snow squall, there is indeed times when you just can’t get a shot anymore.
It’s rare, so I’m ultra impressed you captured something this dramatic Michael!!!
I agree. I think back at the time the skies opened up when that CN Funeral train came down the Grimsby sub a couple of years back. I’m surprised you stuck it out, Michael; even though I’ve already realized you are a real trooper.
Great shot Michael, this is why one must never give up to rain!
Thanks everyone!
