Wasting no time after picking up their train at CN's MacMillan Yard, GEXR #431 speeds through Bramalea GO station with RLK GP40 4096, LLPX GP38 2210 and GEXR GP40 4019, "Beating the GO rush" and making a run for the grade up to Mount Pleasant before the first Georgetown-line GO train is due. The trip back was when GEXR #432/431's power got tested the most: track profiles show the elevation climbs from about 600 feet above sea level at Bramalea to 800 feet at Mount Pleasant, drops a bit for the Credit River, climbs again to almost 900 feet by Georgetown, and rises to 1200 feet for the grade through Limehouse/Acton.

It was always nice to get "Canadian" leader RLK 4096, which was originally one of the 15 GP40 units built for CN as 4006/9306.
