Nice pic and nice to see some retro BN action in Vancouver. The three tracks behind the boxcars in the fenced in area is where BN kept their engines, cabooses and MOW equipment. By this time in the 90′s that neighborhood was becoming increasingly dangerous and not a great place in the daytime and certainly off limits at night. In a few years they would remove many of these tracks and the BN engines and equipment would be stored in New Westminster at Braid Street instead.
