Five big MLWs are about to pass the photographer just as a westbound VIA train pops out from under the private wooden bridge at the top of Woolacott Lane. The location is just east of the Wesleyville Road interchange on Hwy 401. Don\'t try this today :( The MLWs are gone, the wooden bridge is gone and Hydro put an ugly pole line between the CP Belleville sub and the CN Kingston sub.

  1. Great shot John!

  2. The pole line is the least of the physical constraints today, John. You’d need a good dose or two of napalm to clear the foliage between the photographer and CP, and between CP and CN mainlines. Regardless, great shot!

  3. Always nice to see a pure MLW consist, and 5 big ones to boot!

  4. I love the grain in this image.

  5. Enhanced grain courtesy Kodachrome 200 :)
