Caption: Before there was a large yard at Hagey on the CP Waterloo Subdivision for current auto traffic pre-tripping there was just a couple tracks surrounded by fields in the early to mid-90’s. As new vehicle production from the nearby Toyota manufacturing facility increased and surged over the decade, it necessitated CP building the current yard as well as adding two regular CP assignments from Hagey to service the plant. Here, years before any expansion CP 8161 and 1501 prepare to depart the future Hagey yard at Fountain Street in Cambridge and will head back to Galt yard with a short train of loaded auto racks from Toyota.
