Interesting the brookfield siding seems to have CTC – when was that signal removed? I imagine that’s just the home signal to head to the Stamford – but even those signals are all gone…

Signal 144 at Brookfield. Signal 144 governed eastward movements onto the double track between Brookfield and Robbins.

I don’t think that double track lasted much longer… nor did those signals in the distance in this photo.
