Goderich-Exeter Railway train 582 with LLPX 2236 arrives in Kitchener from Guelph, where it will set-off it's entire train. Canary 2236 was eventually painted into G&W orange and lettered GEXR 2123 at the Diesel Electric Services facility in Sudbury and was quickly assigned to the Ottawa Valley Railway (OVR). Time will tell if GEXR 2123 will ever make it's way back home.

  1. Very nice man! Seems like such a long time ago but not even a year ago yet! Those LLPX engines were on GEXR for a long time.

  2. Thanks Kevin. I believe they arrived in 2001 at the same time.
