A pair of C40s, CN 2101 and BCOL 4609 are in charge of a small, 30 car train 406, as they head through Apohaqui, New Brunswick. I don't really shoot 406 much anymore, as the power can be pretty boring to shoot. When I found out this power combo was coming down, I had to make an exception, just this time.

  1. Yes, good call. The standard cab GEs are very elusive for me :(

  2. This is awesome. The photo really is something different. I had to flip through 35 pages to find another post of a unit like this (and it was trailing). I admit, I only scanned the thumbnails, so I could be in error. The lovely light and unit combination are terrific. The hand bombed 4609 is the cherry on top. Well done Matt. :-)

  3. Sure. That is a great catch. Well done, Sir.
