I was really waiting for an eastbound to be called out, and through some static I thought I heard CP 6069 but thought, Nah it can't be true but just to be sure I took off for Victoria Road and ran to this location. My phone rings and it's confirmed. It's darn cold in this field at zero Celsius according to the CP detector but the wait was worth it. To put a bow on this, the clouds parted and the sun came out. The pair of SD40-2's in CP 6069 and CP 6055 lead the ballast train up to Victoria Road.
