First day of summer holidays and on the lookout to catch those somewhat new SD60's in action. Trouble is, it's pouring rain and I'm standing with my coat over my head as the train passes over a bridge right next to the McMurphy rest area.

  1. Correction, lets make that SD50′s. :-)

  2. Thanks rp.ca team for correcting the caption. :-)

  3. Love this, and that clean RailBox car up front.

    Thanks Kevin. :^)

  5. This could be, with sunshine, a publicity photo for SD50s. Well done, and sharp.

  6. No graffiti clean units, should have ben on the 1987 CN calendar!

  7. Thanks Arnold and Steve. Been thinking about your comments. It’s true, trains back at this time were very much like HO train cars out of the box. The Tyco/Bachman/ModelPower cars looked almost exactly like the RailBox. The rain wet cars really help to complete the effect.
