Here's a lashup I never thought I'd ever shoot - Sarnia Terminal's Plank Rd job is switching the west end of "A" yard with a GTW Burdakin Blue (Named after the President of GTW that devised this red/white/blue scheme). I've seen GTW Power so often in the area that I think it's as if this yard is sharing power with the Michigan divisions, every single visit to Sarnia or Port Huron since 1/1/2019 I've managed GTW and in Blue. Now if I can get a pair of them solo... i'd be in GTW heaven. I'll be back in February to try again :)

  1. Nice. Now let us hope for a GT unit on the Guelph Sub

  2. Well, we already had one…but one in this paint scheme.

  3. Very true Kevin. Anything’s possible – problem is these GT units are all set up for RCLS – paired with non RCLS units for extra traction. Hamilton has 2 RCLS jobs so that’s about the only place near here other than Toronto they could end up at this point in time.

  4. 4781 in Kitchener is RLCS equipped so scratch that theory Stephen C Host

  5. Excellent. So there is a chance :)

  6. GT 5849 needs to come to Kitchener. Nice photo Steve.
