New territory. Since this new train symbol came to fruition and knowing that some big power would be taking the Hagersville Sub to Garnet, I decided to plan for my very first Hagersville Sub chase. The power didn't disappoint either and my schedule aligned well this day for me to partake in this fun chase. Although I have sunnier shots than this, this one would have been my crown jewel shot if the sun was out in full. When I saw this location on the maps, I knew I had to get a shot here. I heard this location has some history, including a photo from Greg McDonnell's Signatures in Steel book. The clouds and sun mixed to get only muted light. Either way, this may be last chance to shoot here so I'll take what I can get. Trailing unit was CN 5647.
